Neil started dancing from a very young age, he also pursued a career as a professional musician before returning to the world of dance. In his competition career winning more than fifty major trophies and championships, including the All England Latin Champs gaining status with the British International team. Turning professional in 1998 teaching all levels of dance from beginners to competition dancers, becoming a member of the UKA.

Neil is a Latin Specialist who also teaches Ballroom, Argentine Tango, Salsa, French Jive, Rock-n-Roll, Line Dancing, Jive Swing and Sequence Dancing. Neil is also a qualified Judge to Championship standard.

Neil and his wife Sue who sadly died from Cancer in 2008, were responsible for producing the "Dance Crazy" shows which involved many dance schools and dance styles, these shows also raised money for charity
